For me I think it's pretty solid, but there are too many things happening in the background of the interviewer, I could literally see someone being grumpy behind the interviewer. But the interviewer is very nice and he answers all of my questions regarding Kompas Gramedia. Unfortunately didn't get chosen, but still, a nice try.
The communication was timely, and I appreciated how they clearly outlined each stage of the process, ensuring I knew what to expect. The interview itself was both challenging and engaging, with a perfect balance of technical questions and discussions about my background. The interviewers were professional, respectful, and genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person, not just as a candidate.
What stood out most was how welcoming and inclusive the environment felt. The interviewers took time to explain the company culture and values, which made me even more excited about the possibility of joining the team. It was evident that they are invested in finding the right fit for both the company and the candidate.
