Very slow, not communicative and non-existent approach by Komaza. I applied and had to follow up for 2 months before hearing back from them. The hiring team needs to be more responsive and quick as I had already accepted a job elsewhere by the time they got back to me. Interview itself is very informal, like the company culture. Its more of a getting to know you basis.
