I was initially invited to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. Following that interview, I was asked to participate in a second-round interview and complete a writing activity. Afterward, I was invited to a third interview, this time with the hiring manager and two team members over video. During that interview, they mentioned there would be a final round and assured me I would hear back in a few days. However, I never received any further communication or even a rejection email. It was disappointing, especially given the significant time and effort I invested in completing the writing activity plus preparing for and attending three interviews.
