Entire unprofessional. A complete waste of time. Four rounds of interviews, over the course of several months. It's now years later, and I actually never even received an email saying I did not get the position. They just completely ghosted, after FOUR interviews, one of which I took 3 hours to drive and meet the hiring manager. They also forced me to tell my current employer that I was interviewing with them. Completely unprofessional and I'm still upset about that.
Kohler lead me on for MONTHS with emails about "oh were working through some internal problems".. months later I hear "we are on a hiring freeze." Well, thanks Kohler after you made me tell my boss I was interviewing with you. Great!

Very thorough phone screening by HR and then an in person meeting 2 weeks later with managers. There was a fairly long wait between All following interviews and I was actively interviewing elsewhere so it was a bit frustrating.
