This interview is the only official interview that I have received with this company, and it was over Zoom. Everyone in my interview seemed optimistic about the prospect of hiring me, but I never heard back from the company for over 4 months about the position. I had to contact them to get an answer about whether the position was still open and if I was still being considered. This was an interview with the Kohler Engines plant in Hattiesburg, MS.. I have applied to pretty much every job at their Hattiesburg plant, and even though I have a BSEET and am working on my Ph.D., this is the only interview I have gotten. I haven't even had luck when applying to their Technician positions. It's absolutely remarkable to me that someone with my qualifications is having such issues with getting an interview and/or a response with/from this company.
