Application for product manager in Hytech, a subsidiary of Kohlor in Canada.
Applied through Kohler website, Hytech website and through a recruitment agency.
Did a phone interview with the recruitment agency followed by a video conference interview a week later and then nothing!
No feedback from Kohler
No feedback from Hytech
and the only feed back from the recruitment agency was that they have no news. for 3 weeks no news either positive or negative feedback.
The information and apologies i got from the recruting agency through the phone indicates that there are some kind of discrimination in their process; maybe because i am a visible minority they didn't bother contacting me with a feedback!
A very disappointing and humiliating experience.

My experience in product management and channel management/development.
I interviewed a couple years ago for a product manager position that Kohler had created for a new product line. After two rounds that were mutually agreed on as positive and promising, HR then contacted me stating that their corporate team had changed their mind. They ultimately eliminated the job position. Recently, a friend interviewed for a similar position, and ultimately the same outcome occurred. Corporate priorities will understandably change, but I sense a pattern in indecisiveness that ultimately leads to inefficient use of time and resources.

It was simple and scenario based.
There were multiple rounds starting with HR interview, Assesment Test, Skip level etc.
The process is very lengthy and post interview there won't be responses or wrong information shared across.

Multiple rounds with various members on the team. It became apparent that some members of the team were over-worked, stretched thin, and stressed out. The majority of the team was very friendly.
