At first you walk in and view a video about the company and position. Then you sit with someone and answer a few easy questions. Next they send you to a room to take a drug test and fill out some paperwork online. I was hired on the spot.

Group interview.... pretty much guarantee hire. Everyone gets asked the same questiongs... if you aren't first you can use other's answers to get creative with your answer. There are several tables so others are interviewing around you. They ask about availability and which shift you would like to work.
