Super smooth process where everyone was encouraging, especially the recruiters. It took about 3 rounds of interviews in my experience. I heard back within a week after my last interview.

Entretien
I first got a call from an early talent recruiter who just wanted to get to know me a little better and make sure I understood the job. She passed me onto first round interviews, where it was more questions about my resume. For the final interview it was two twenty minute interviews with two different managers in the company, and they were more "tell me a time when..." questions. The whole process took maybe 3 weeks from the first call to the job offer.

Fairly simple, they want to get to know you and see if you will fit into the company. Be sure to know your retail math before the math test and research the company so your aware of current events and initiatives

Laid back, informational style interview. There was a applicant dinner the night before in which they gauge your behaviour in a group setting. The day of the interview they guide you through multiple steps.
