Extremely professional and transparent throughout the entire interview process. The process began with an initial screening with a recruiter, followed by three additional interviews. One with the hiring manager, one with the two additional individuals in the organization, and a final interview with the hiring manager and HR. Questions were fairly standard for an interview with a strong focus on their organization's culture. Unfortunately I did not get the position, but was very happy to hear back from the company after they made their decision about who they selected along with constructive feedback on my responses. It was an overall positive experience despite the end result not being in my favor.
