The recruiter that I initially spoke with was pretty unprofessional - after the initial reach out, she never responded to emails that I sent her and all of her communications were automated. She was 7 minutes late to our phone screen and didn’t acknowledge being late when she finally called. The phone screen was easy enough, and afterwards, I was asked to send an email with my availability to schedule an initial interview with the hiring manager. I provided a list of my availability and an interview was scheduled completely outside of the times I was free, but I made it work. The initial interview was of average difficulty and was a 30 minute teams call. I was informed that the next stage would be a panel interview and I’d be notified of next steps the following week, but I received an automated rejection with no additional feedback today.
