Phone screening with HR, phone interview, then in person interview. Kind of redundant, same questions with each person. All interviews are 1-1. Interview with HR, manager, and director. Basic questions, nothing to throw you through a loop.

Entretien
The interview process is hybrid, starting with phone/zoom calls. The second stage is in-office, and includes a couple more interviews and a shadowing session with someone already in the role. Overall it is a great way to see what the day to day looks like while also understanding what management is looking for. Highly transparent and much faster than other processes I've been involved in.

Entretien
It felt rushed and was not very informative. Quick call basically and when I asked specific questions about the role the recruiter was nit very well informed. It was an initial call but I was felt feeling like I was just a number and was not really heard. Maybe I was just not a fit but feedback would of been nice. Instead, I was sent a generic rejection email.
