I interviewed on Microsoft Teams with an attorney. It was a straight forward interview and the guy was nice. I received an offer about a week later, and I was excited to start because the pay was better than what I was making at the time and it was fully remote. I gave them my availability and they told me that would be in contact when new projects became available. This was November 2021. I never heard anything and every time I reached out for an update, they said the same thing. I eventually stopped reaching out. Not a good experience. I felt like they got my hopes up when they really didn’t have any projects available for me to work on.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Knowable

A non-attorney interviews you so it is not rigorous or substantive at all. It felt like a cattle call interview. My resume and experience was never shared with any of the managers and attorneys I actually worked with so it was a fairly pointless process.

Interview was friendly and informal, they discussed the good topics, no weird questions. The only problem is that they would never hire me without having a work permit, so it was a waste of time.
