Entretien
It was a well thought out, 4 step process that involved me speaking with the recruiter, the VP of expansion, the SVP of global customer success, and the customer revitalization director. During the interview there was a clear definition of the role by 2 parties, and then there was also 3 interviews that were topped off with a role play. I won't lie, it was a tough role-play, especially for my position, but everyone that was a part of the role-play was very supportive and at the end of the day, regardless if I received the position or not, made me better within the sales sector. After the role-play there was a time slot that let me interview them about KnowBe4. Which then was followed by a follow up call with an offer. Great process overall.

Contacted by HR to do a phone screen. Very pleasant, all basic questions answered thoroughly. Some questions were deferred to next stage (hiring manager) which is understandable as they were more specific or proprietary in nature. Was clearly explained the process and timeline for next steps. I did have to follow up myself, but got a prompt response once I did.
