The whole process was extremely quick from interview setup to offer and acceptance. Though they warn everyone that the process can take many weeks, from application to offer was about only 2 weeks. Of course I may be an outlier. Interviewers we're all wonderful, very personable people. They laid out expectations and next steps thoroughly. There was little to no deviation from said steps. All in all, one of if not the best interview processes I have been through, especially in these crazy Covid times.

They sent me an IQ test to do which is already BS and should be considered discriminatory at this point. I know I got most of the questions right because I took it with another person and used a calculator. They rejected me anyway. They also sent a very weird personality quiz with awful statements they asked me to rate on a scale like “I am able to love” and “My friends have done well in business”
