Online assessment using Criteria website. General one-on-one with hiring manager to go over work history and discuss position. Group interview with other engineers where they asked technical questions about CSS, react and some other general FE questions. Unfortunately, this last stage was terrible. The interviewers were unprepared and didn't listen. They would often sit in silence for over a minute while I waited for them to obviously come up with a question on the spot. Also, many times, they asked me a specific technical question that I had already answered, making it look like I had missed something.
