Brief interview, mainly about job experience and work ethic. You interview with Human Resource manager and Store manager. If your applying for a specilized job in a specific department, you may interview with another manager. Usually you will know soon after the interview if you have the job.
i applied online and got called for an interview a few days later, the lady didnt like my brother so she didnt hire me. i didnt reapply or anything like that

Entretien
Was interviewed and hired the same day. Interviewed by HR rep, then interviewed by stores assistant manager. The interviews lasted about a half hour each and they were very friendly. HR was very emotional due to genuinely loving the company and caring of members.

Question 1
I was not asked specific questions. We spoke about the stores condition, and if I was capable of dealing with difficult members. We discussed also the March of dimes charity, and how the store takes pride of helping the community.
