I had apply Kmart on-line then if they interest you on your resume then they will arranged for first interview then second interest with store manager. He ask me basic interview and (some question is not relate to job position.) but they wanted to know if you know their reward programs.

It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
