Well for that place the interview went well but its very hot in there . They expected so much out of you, communications aren't very good. The cashier work so hard to get everyone in and out. The shop your way card needs to go.

Whats were your difficult time with a customer, and how do u handle it?
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
