I applied online and got called for an interview. the interview was in the back room and just had to answer some simple questions and show i wasn't a terrible person. They have very low standards so almost anyone can get a job. also they have very fast turn over so they are always hiring.

Name a hard time in your life and how you overcame it.
The interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions like why I wanted to work at Kmart. They asked what section of the store I’d most like to work in and then if I could lift more than 20 lbs.
Many people interviewed together, and they asked some basic questions like Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
Why do you want to work at Kmart?
What do you know about Kmart?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?

It was like your regular sales associate interview about yourself and what will you do in certain situations whatever blah blah. This review isn't real because I wanted research a company that I wanted to know so jokes on you.
