Did application online and if you answer well enough it will immediately set up an interview date. Mine was 2 weeks later. Went to the first interview with Human Resource. Very easy with basic interview questions. She wanted me to interview with the Store Manager. So I came back later that week and interview with her. Again easy. They hired me with no experience. I am now a Department Lead in softlines.
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
