Walked in and was offered job on the spot, there was not an interview process whatsoever. Management was very lax on job offers. This is most likely because my sister already worked there and the management recognized me.

It was behavioral questions. The questions were geared at figuring out whether you are a team player or not. The manager was nice and human resources is also nice.
