I have interviewed with them twice with really terrible experience both times. First time: I was introduced by a recruiter to the company and I did a first call with an HR personnel which went well and I got sent a code test to build a weather app to display weather at different geographic coordinates with open api. I did this and submitted and didn't hear back for 2weeks then I got an email saying they were reviewing. After over a month the recruiter got back and told me that they had paused hiring. Second time: I applied for the role and spoke to an engineering lead for the first stage where i mentioned I was already Iin their process a couple months earlier and then the call turned to a formality where I asked about their previous hiring freeze and engineering processes. He mentioned that they couldn't find my previous submission and I'll have to take the test again I initially got sent a different test then I was told it was the wrong one and I got the same test as last time. which I couldn't access as the submission tool was showing that I had submitted (my previous submission). I submitted this test in March and didn't get a response until the last week of May, where they sent me a template rejection. ( In that time I had done a 4 round interview process and gotten a new job). Everything about the company screams unorganized and not knowing what they want and I got word that they've had number departures from their tech team in recent times.

I went through a two-stage process, starting with a quick interview to get acquainted, followed by a code challenge (4 hours long). However, I didn't receive any response after submitting my solution. After waiting for three weeks, I reached out to request feedback, and I received a response stating that they had decided not to proceed, without any specific feedback on the code despite my inquiry. This lack of communication has been quite disappointing. I believe it would have been valuable for the company to invest some time in providing feedback, considering the significant amount of time I spent on their coding challenge (over 4 hours).
