Applied directly, received an email from internal recruiter to schedule phone screen, booked a slot in their diary. Proceeded to waited 15 minutes for them to join the call. Sent a chaser email only for them to respond that they are OOO and would pass application to a colleague. Never received further comms and received an auto reject email 2 weeks later.
