Klaviyo are amongst the many conducting fake interviews when the already have their candidate. Applied online and finally had a call with their recruiter. Since I have about 8 years of experience in sales and marketing software, I made a point to speak to that. The recruiter chose to steer the conversation away from that and to other experiences. At the end of the call I asked if their were any concerns with my candidacy.....the answer....wait for it....was my lack of experience with marketing software. I'm not kidding you. It came with no surprise when I received an email a couple of days later that the hiring manager has chosen to move forward with other candidates. They're not even hiding their fake process.

1 screening call + 3 rounds of interviews. The first call is a standard conversation with the hiring manager, second round is a 40min presentation (20mins based on a client case study + 20mins on how you would organise your book), 3rd round is a culture assessment.
