Initial interview with internal recruiter, which wasn’t really an interview but a screening and in-depth discussion of the role. Second interview was with a manager. It was conversational and completely unstructured. Mainly centred on confirming my resume and previous employment. No questions relating to skills or which would evidence skills in their response.
