Overall: The interview process was well structured, transparent, comprehensive, relevant and generally a pleasant experience.
More detail:
1. Initial call with HR to acknowledge application
2. Meeting with regional MD on aptitude and experience
3. Meeting with company VP for questioning and summary of plan for the role in both directions
4. Back to back meetings x 3 over a short time frame. 45 minutes each with multiple different senior roles around the world. Very interesting questions posed - both behavioural and skills based. Great focus on culture and methodology. Very lovely people overall but definitely highly skilled leaders so it was important to come prepared.
5. Final call with HR to offer job and discuss package.
6. Job accepted and contract signed.

The process had 6 steps: recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, mock discovery call, in-person panel interview, Leadership interview, then offer. The recruiter and hiring manager steps were pretty similar. They asked about experience and situational questions like "tell me about a time when..." They gave lots of resources for the mock discovery and were looking for how you structure calls, your sales process, and next steps.

Very straightforward interview process: phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, followed by a practical case study, and interviews with the team to assess collaboration, communication, and role fit.

- Director (motivation)
Smooth process. Helpful interviewers. Clear steps and process.
