Screen with recruiter. Interview with HM (30). Interview with another sales manager (30). Cold email outreach assignment. Mock discovery (hour) and follow up email. I was told there would be two more steps but I blew it on the disco call.
The team was great and I unfortunately clicked the wrong Zoom link that was provided by the recruiter which I was in the conference room until 5 after. Danielle, Connor, and Joe were super understanding but I felt the curve ball completely threw me off as I felt I needed to rush to get things started.
The mock was set with listing a few competitors uncovered by the bdr who had set the meeting and a few other nuggets of info as well. I do think I was lost on the direction of where the disco was focused. I glazed over the value provided and had more focus on feature/function positioning against competitors. The mock closed out with feedback of where the team deemed were opportunities which were all fair.
I think I would have liked to re-address the mock to show coachabilty but wasn't given the the option for that. It also would have been nice for the recruiter to tee up expectations, but all good. I blew it and I blame myself for not performing a tight disco. It is what it is. I have no doubt the team is amazing and a great org to be a part of.

The process had 6 steps: recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, mock discovery call, in-person panel interview, Leadership interview, then offer. The recruiter and hiring manager steps were pretty similar. They asked about experience and situational questions like "tell me about a time when..." They gave lots of resources for the mock discovery and were looking for how you structure calls, your sales process, and next steps.

Very straightforward interview process: phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, followed by a practical case study, and interviews with the team to assess collaboration, communication, and role fit.
