After every interview step, my recruiter reached out with information on what to expect. The process was very smooth and transparent, and I also got to learn a lot about Klaviyo's DS team.
First round: resume questions and light probability
Second round: questions on coding, more probability, and statistical analysis

Entretien
I got a quick respond after the first round. The final round was smooth and everyone on the team was nice. They especially controlled the pace of the interview well so I was not so stressed about the time. The data analysis coding was easy. However one of the managers kept asking me about one of my projects with many detailed questions, which stressed me a little—not knowing if he was just interested or tended to ask a lot. Overall they were positive about my performance, but I still got rejected.
The interview process is pretty good. 4 round interviews, with 3 technical interviews + 1 BQ. Ask about Hypothesis testing AB test, and data processing using Panda. BQ round have a good chat with the hiring manager. The overall process is good and smooth.
