I did a phone screen with the hiring manager first, after that there was an assignment, in person with 4 team members, then meeting the CEO. The recruiter called or emailed at each step to make sure I was prepared. Throughout the process, everyone was energetic, excited and very easy to talk to. I received follow up within 1-2 days after each step, which was really refreshing!
