Entretien
Screening interview with the tech recruiter, then a take home assignment and a logic test. After data, there are two interviews, one with other data scientists discussing the technical case, and some other business specific questions. The second interview is with a manager with questions about Klarna culture and leadership principles The final interview is with the hiring manager, again going over Klarna's culture and principles. Also discussing the projects and challenges the team is facing.

eran 4 etapas, HR, caso de uso, validacion caso de uso y una ultima con un manager. En mi opinion un caso de uso para realizar en 1 semana es demasiado trabajo para una entrevista, y más aun mientras estás trabajando. Deberian mejorar el proceso de seleccion.

The overall interview process was well described in the first round. They had two logical tests, one HR round, a case study, one technical round and then a cultural fit round.
The sad part was, the recruiter went AWOL after I submitted the case study and 2 weeks later just sent a template rejection email.
