The process its quite smooth depending on the recruiter skills and will. I've found it too long since it took almost 2.5 months to get to an offer

Was bad. International telephone call like it was in 1990-2000. No video. Bad communication. Interviewer was not friendly. Promised fast feedback, but then I was waiting for 2 weeks and received only automatic email.
