I got contacted by klarna recruiters several times last years on LinkedIn. It was not the right time for me to change jobs but when I started looking this year did I apply to the recruiter that I been contacted with. They where super friendly and nice. Said it was a high priority recruitment and wanted to have me in as soon as possible. They would make the process in just one week instead of 5 weeks. I practiced a lot on the Klarna Logic test and succeed with high score. The Hr team told me to practise on leadership principles the weekend and that I would have one interview on Wednesday and one on Thursday they following week. I Learned all leadership principles and spend several days on the company preparations On Wednesday did I meet a women. She said she was best friend with a old college of mine, she did look at her phone and did not seem Interested in my answers. direct after the interview did I get a reply that my skills did not match at all Just a but disappointed as they been so enthusiastic and then quickly changed but guess that’s is life and at least I know all leadership principles by heart 😅

Got the intelligence test via email, a few days after submitting it an interviewer got in touch. The talk was pleasant, she was to check the options of working from my location which was not possible.
