They send you a very good e-mail explaining the whole process and a hard logic test. So as was explained on the e-mail if you get a high score they will interview you otherwise they will send you a notification saying that you didn't get the score. I kept waiting for 2 months after doing the test (and probably I got a high score) to receive an e-mail saying that the position was filled by another person. No feed back on the test or why I didn't get to do the first interview. So desrespectful. They just want to seem cool and forwardthinking but they are just like any other coorporation.
