Several rounds of interviews including logic test, case interview, and cultural fit in. In general the overall process are well constructed and delivered. HR partner and specialist were extremely helpful.

Very nice people and interesting company but the recruitment process is a bit exaggerated... trying to be like a management consulting company
Just like others have stated, this company is completely out of touch with diversity practices and U.S. culture. Even with a referral and great first conversation, received a rejection email based on the logical reasoning test. They also have an employee monitor you while you take it - screams micromanagement and lack of trust. Happy I dodged a bullet with this company.
