You must guess the 4th sequence and have 4 answers to choose from. 18 questions in 15 minutes. Be prepared to think fast! Step 2- Block 1 Interview- questions about your skill set. The interviewer didn't really ask me about Klarna's principles. Step 2 cont'd- Block 1 Bar Raiser- know Klarna's principles and have examples prepared with numbers and percentages. I believe there is an additional interview, but I didn't make it to that step.
