I received a call screening after a month of applying. Then, I did the interview with 2 team leaders, and after that, they never come back to me even after I asked for an update in the process 2 times. As of today (more than 3 months) my process is "under review" in the website. It seems like a very bad joke to me that they don't even respond to update emails or give you feedback when you've already started the process.

Enthusiasm and agreement to all of their terms will get your far. Negotiation does not exist. You are at their mercy since they bring on so many contractors that they rarely make full-time.

Applied through a contracting agency, had an interview with two team leads who asked general interview questions and questions about GMP and got an offer quite soon after. Was a pleasant experience.

I was referred to the position through a friend who already worked at the company. The first contact with the HR was via email, to schedule a phone call within the next couple of days. After the phone call, I was contacted by the recruiter with the decision via email.
