J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kitamba (New York, NY) en sept. 2019
Entretien
I applied through a school portal, and was asked to do a phone screen a week later. Phone screen was short, 15-min, and was basic "how did you hear about us? Who are you/what's your background."
Next round was 30-40 min interview w/ a project manager, round after that was 30-40 min with one of the principals (VPs essentially), after that, they asked me to do a performance task (48 hour take-home assignment).
After that, you speak to either COO or CEO and they decide on the hire. I did not make it to COO/CEO convo though.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Behavioral (greatest strengths, weaknesses), background (what have you done and why does it lead you to this), nothing really situational or case-like. Performance task is kind of vague, but is essentially an excel and qualitative assignment.

There were multiple rounds of interviews that spanned across two months. The video call interviews were scheduled like this because of COVID circumstances. I don't believe it would have taken so many interviews and weeks under normal times.
Interview with HR Manager
Interview with a Program Manager
Interview with Chief of Staff
A 48-hour take home assessment
Interview with COO
Offer and acceptance

One phone screen call, only took about 15 minutes. She mostly explained their hiring process and asked a few easy questions about my background. She said she would follow up to schedule next steps, but due to COVID I never heard back
