The interview was split into 5 rounds. Aptitude - GD - Presentation Round - Technical and HR. The whole interview process was fun and the HR interview was not like some regular HR interview. It was like talking to a friend.

Entretien
Kissflow’s Interview Process:
At the first level of the interview process, the interested students were enrolled in the ATPS program course at Kissflow Academy, followed by an assessment to shortlist the eligible students for the campus interview process.
The shortlisted students had an in-person interview at the Kissflow office premises in WTC, Chennai, detailed as follows:
First Round: Group Discussion: The communication skills of the shortlisted candidates were evaluated.
Second Round: Team Presentation: The shortlisted candidates were formed into teams with the task of preparing a sales pitch for a cafe with a unique theme within the timeframe of 60 minutes, followed by a presentation to the panel and a Q&A session lasting 15 minutes. Evaluation criteria included one’s ability to gel with his team, ability to solve problems and generate different solution ideas, handling pressure during the completion of the task, and Q&A.
Third Round: Technical Interview: Focused primarily on testing the fundamentals and technical skills of the selected candidates.
Fourth Round: Sales Interview and Fitment Check focused on understanding the nature of the candidate.
Fifth Round: Interview with the Director: Final interview for the candidates with the Sales Director, followed by the release of the offer letter for the selected candidates.
The main key to get placed in this company is mainly based on communication, confidence and creativity. It was of total 5 rounds : Virtual aptitude round, written aptitude, presentation round, technical and sales interview, and finally the HR interview.
