Lengthy and disconnected. You have to chase HR, chase your hiring manager, chase chase chase. Then when they want to hire others they pretend they're interested in you so you don't sue for discrimination since you are patently more qualified than those they want to give jobs to. I think it's disgusting how they make ethnics chase work and offer less money. There's actually a case that's been won against them for that very reason.
