I have my resume posted on Monster and was contacted by the owner to come in for an interview. I was on time but he had yet to arrive in the office. Waited about 5-10 minutes until he finally appeared. We went over a brief history of my employment, discussed what he was looking for, and he allowed me plenty of time to ask questions. My overall impression was that the people I had contact with were pleasant. I was very concerned by the fact that it sounded as though there had been a number of people in this position based on some of the owners comments. Also, he was not very specific about why the last person left. He had only mentioned that there were problems and she left on a day that he was out sick. When I got home I immediately looked for former employee reviews and found some very unflattering posts on websites similar to this one. He contacted me via email after the interview and asked about salary requirements and if I had any further questions, which I did not. Have not heard from them since.
