Great process. Phone screen with HR, 60 minutes with a manager, 30 with a colleague for culture and customer management, 30 with another colleague for technical acuity. Everyone was engaging, funny, and insightful.

I met with a recruiter at Kion, where it became clear that my background was missing a key piece of what they were looking for in a hire. Although it was not a fit, the recruiter I spoke with was by far the best I have encountered in years. Technical Recuriters have a well-earned reputation of being pretty awful, but at Kion, the experience was truly a breath of fresh air. It felt more like a conversation than an interview, and even though my background was not a match, the experience was pleasant, and Kion comes across as a very desirable place to work.
