It was a step by step process which took over a month. It started with a call from HR, then a skill assessment, and finally a call with the chief, head, and director of Support. Every step was both nerve racking and exciting!

The entire process took 3 weeks during which I had 3 interviews + another interview to test linguistic skills if you speak additional languages.
It was a seamless candidate experience, it was also clear that they built their business around communication and transparency.
Everyone was kind, respectful and they make sure to clarify the next steps.
Probably the best candidate experience I've ever had!
