They called me on the phone and interviewed me. It was a rather short interview - probably less than 5 minutes in total length. The questions in the interview were basic questions seeing if I would be able to do the job and if I wanted to do the job. They called later with an offer. That offer was too low. I did not accept. They called again later with a higher offer, which I accepted.
