First step was a phone interview with HR to discuss the role, then an in person interview with project managers and HR. The in person interview consisted of a series of questions and an opportunity to ask my own questions. Finally, references were called a week later.

Asked about my work experience, my best characteristics, and if I'm able to work late on occasion. I was asked about specific skills such as familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators etc. They asked about what steps were taken at my previous workplace to ensure safety. They also asked "what does quality mean?"
