I was volunteering for the company when I was asked if I needed employment and I was hired on the spot. No real interview process was done for me. I did the drug test the same day and also filled out all paper work on the same day including getting my name tag and schedule for the next week.

To be honest about what may have been on my background records. They wanted to know if I would be willing to get a TB shot and what did I expect to get paid. They also asked "Why did I want to volunteer for their company and how long had I been a volunteer"

Entretien
I was interviewed by ed and felt he was interested in me as a person as well as an employee. I felt he was honest and was asking questions which would lead to a reasonable job offer.
