Came prepared for an interview, instead spent 5 minutes in the room with the clinical director - 3 of them were her looking over my resume in silence for the first time, another 2 telling me that me being a new grad is a problem. That was a waste of time and instantly crossed this place out of the list of prospective employers. Being a new graduate nurse does not automatically establish my value on a job market.

Interview went well. Director of nursing was professional and straight forward with the job description and work load. Director answered all questions fully concerning staffing ratios and was willing to accommodate me to obtain my ACLS certification through the company. Which the usually don't hire with out ACLS beforehand.

Was quick and respectful. Ask about work experience. I got the job. It was not very difficult answering questions. Interventions for nursing ans nursing skills were asked by the interviewer. Just be on time and answer the questions.

The recruiter reaches out quickly and schedules an interview within a week. The manager was great and easy going. The pay was better than other hospitals in the area. Would recommend to new grads or even experienced nurses.
