Wow! Just wow! Had a phone interview scheduled and then I get an email about 15 minutes before the scheduled time saying "We filled the position this morning." Seriously!? And yet the high tech industry continues to claim that there is a dire shortage of qualified candidates?! Controltec is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with.

In addition to the usual face to face interview questions, you will be required to take a written exam and also demonstrate coding proficiency where you will be asked to write code or pseudo code on the blackboard in front of the interviewer.
