I was called in for an interview after submitting my application. During the interview, the current Director did nothing but complain about her staff and the corporation. Even when I specifically asked, “You’ve been here for four years? What makes you choose this company?” She laughed and said, “Let me tell you what I DON’T like about it here.” And proceeded to go on for another twenty minutes. Eventually, she let slip that she’s the hiring manager for the entire area and she would make sure someone from one of the schools contacted me. I called back after a week and she said she was still working on it and never heard back again.

It was a very particular interview. There were other 4 people with me and the interview was conducted with the whole group. We will all had to answer the questions from the director and it was very uncomfortable.
