There were two interviews to do. The first one was a sit down interview to go over credentials and job expectations The second interview was a work interview in two classrooms. This was so that the interviewee could observe a classroom, ask questions, look at the curriculum, and get a sense of the job. It also gave the director a chance to see how the person interacts with children.
