The hiring process was a little long, after submitting your application and they select it you have to take a timed test. If you pass the test you set up an interview and the interview process was very short and easy.

Fairly easy and in person. Was asked about the ability to remain calm, how you would handle certain situations, and then immediately taken to a classroom to shadow following the interview. The teachers in that room monitored how I interacted with the kids and taught me about how the room was ran. Was then tested on the information I learned.
